1. Stainless Steel Pipe Flange Welding
Precision multi-pass TIG weld on a heavy bolted stainless steel slip-on/weld-neck pipe flange assembly for high-pressure industrial service.
2. 2D CAD Shop Drawing — RPZD Cage
Isometric 2D CAD drawing (750x740x180mm) detailing 25x25x3mm steel angle frame, 50x50mm welded mesh, concealed hinges, and wall mounting tabs.
3. Installed Plumber's RPZD Pipework Cage
The finished hot-dip galvanized cage fabricated from our CAD drawing and mounted over live copper backflow valves and PVC tundish drain pipework.
4. Custom Steel Bar Frame with Timber Top
Fabricated L-shaped structural steel bar frame clad in corrugated iron sheeting, finished with a high-gloss live-edge timber counter top.
5. Structural Posts for Internal Building Stairs
SHS structural steel stair posts fabricated with heavy pre-drilled baseplates and offset connection cleats ready for internal erection.
6. Heavy-Duty Sliding Roller Gate Frame
Large-span RHS steel sliding roller gate frame laid out, squared, and welded on-site with intermediate support bays.
7. Custom Curved Stair Stringers
Rolled heavy-wall pipe central stair stringer with welded, numbered PFC/channel step supports engineered for a custom curved staircase.
8. Structural Steel Deck Posts
Set of three heavy SHS structural steel deck columns fabricated with welded baseplates and twin-bolted bearer stirrup cleats.
